Return & Defect Policy
All orders must be inspected upon delivery.
Any defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photographs.
Due to the nature of sublimation products, returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
Lelani Creations reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions
